The Psych Company assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the app. The information on this app is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, correctness and without warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied.

Limitations of Liability

Reliance on any information found on this app or any action you may take upon the information found on this app, including user-submitted information, is solely at your own risk. The Psych Company assumes no liability for any diagnosis, treatment, decision made or action taken, losses or damages that result out of the use of the information found on this app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

User Policy

The Psych Company does not ascertain the validity of any user submitted ratings or posts.

A major goal of this app and the information and user forum found herein is to encourage thought, reflection, conversation and discussion. The Psych Company welcomes comments reflecting a wide variety of perspectives but ask that these comments be on topic and original, not copied from another source.

By using Bx3 the user acknowledges that no type of actual treatment relationship with the Psych Company has been created. Furthermore, the Psych Company is unable to respond directly to questions or comments regarding personal situations, appropriate diagnosis, treatment or clinical opinions.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, review or remove discussions, chats, transmissions, and similar communications on Bx3 from time to time. However, we are under no obligation to do so and assume no responsibility or liability arising from any content posted or entered into Bx3 nor for any error, omission, infringement, defamatory statement, obscenity or inaccuracy contained in any such information. Comments that are deemed to be inappropriate, disrespectful, biased, discriminatory, offensive, libelous, or off topic will not be tolerated and removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to Bx3 and/or to functionality upon this app. We may, for example, suspend access to Bx3(during server maintenance or when we update the app). You must not circumvent or bypass, or attempt to circumvent or bypass, any access restriction measures on the app.


The Psych Company and this Website have external links to other websites and online content and resources that are for the sole benefit of the user. Any and all information found on any external website or online source not expressly connected to, or created by, the Psych Company is strictly for informative purposes. The content and availability of these websites and online sources are not controlled or monitored by the Psych Company. As such, the inclusion of any links to external websites or online sources does not necessarily imply a diagnosis or assessment based on the views expressed therein. These links are being provided as a convenience and for informational purposes only; they do not constitute an endorsement or an approval by Psych Company of any of the products, services or opinions of the corporation or organization or individual. Psych Company bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality or content of the external site or for that of subsequent links. Your Right to Add Data/Content

Our Service allows You to create a personal profile and add information about yourself to the app. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Data/Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through the Service and You are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for Us to make Your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use Your Content subject to these Terms.

Data/Content Restrictions

Bx3 functionality focuses only on the way that applicable existing content, which is already openly available to the public on the internet, is found, matched with, recommended and made immediately visible to Bx3 users.

The Company is not responsible for the content of the Service’s users(ie. a user’s profile). You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.

You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
  • Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
  • Spam, machine – or randomly – generated, constituting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.
  • Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of a third person.
  • Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
  • Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
  • Violating the privacy of any third person.
  • False information and features.

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. You understand that by using the Service You may be exposed to content that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content.

Content Backups

Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.

Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.

The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.

You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Website. You understand that through your use of the Website you consent to the collection and use of this information, in accordance with the Privacy Policy (See Separate Privacy Policy Document).

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, as between you and the Psych Company, any content will be non-confidential and non-proprietary and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of such content. You acknowledge and agree that your relationship with the Psych Company is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other type of special relationship, and that your decision to submit any content does not place the Psych Company in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public, including with regard to your content. None of your content will be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Psych Company, and the Psych Company will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any content you provide.

Subject to the express provisions of this Disclaimer:

(a ) we, together with our licensors, own and  control all the copyright  and other intellectual property rights in our mobile app and the material in our mobile app;

(b) all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our mobile app and the material in our mobile app are reserved, including but not limited to all copyright, trade-marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind, whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world; and

(c) nothing in this Disclaimer grants you any rights in the mobile app or other than as required to enable you access to the mobile app.

Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and act in accordance with Fair Use Doctrine principles described in Section 29 of the Copyright Act of Canada – specifically the purposes of our dealings fall under the Research, Review, Private Study & Education categories of this Act. Bx3 functionality focuses only on the way that relevant online content, which is already openly available to the public on the internet(always avoiding paid/subscribed content), is found, matched with, recommended and made visible to Bx3 users, it is our intent to respect the inquiries of all. Said content is always only linked to and not replicated or copied. As such, display of said content is always done so in it’s original native format and is never altered or “branded”; further, authorship information is always exposed as is available and is never obscured. Using URL’s to simply direct users to said content benefits the content authors and creators by increasing user engagement and visibility of their content regardless of format.

It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.

If You are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, You must submit Your notice in writing to the attention of our copyright agent via email ([legal.psychcompany@gmail.com]) and include in Your notice a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing Your copyright.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
