User Policy
The Psych Company does not ascertain the validity of any user submitted ratings or posts.
A major goal of this app and the information and user forum found herein is to encourage thought, reflection, conversation and discussion. The Psych Company welcomes comments reflecting a wide variety of perspectives but ask that these comments be on topic and original, not copied from another source.
By using Bx3 the user acknowledges that no type of actual treatment relationship with the Psych Company has been created. Furthermore, the Psych Company is unable to respond directly to questions or comments regarding personal situations, appropriate diagnosis, treatment or clinical opinions.
We reserve the right to monitor, edit, review or remove discussions, chats, transmissions, and similar communications on Bx3 from time to time. However, we are under no obligation to do so and assume no responsibility or liability arising from any content posted or entered into Bx3 nor for any error, omission, infringement, defamatory statement, obscenity or inaccuracy contained in any such information. Comments that are deemed to be inappropriate, disrespectful, biased, discriminatory, offensive, libelous, or off topic will not be tolerated and removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to Bx3 and/or to functionality upon this app. We may, for example, suspend access to Bx3(during server maintenance or when we update the app). You must not circumvent or bypass, or attempt to circumvent or bypass, any access restriction measures on the app.

Any and all information found on any external website or online source not expressly connected to, or created by, the Psych Company is strictly for informative purposes. Your Right to Add Data/Content
Our Service allows You to create a personal profile and add information about yourself to the app. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Data/Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through the Service and You are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for Us to make Your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use Your Content subject to these Terms.

Data/Content Restrictions
Bx3 functionality focuses only on the way that applicable existing content, which is already openly available to the public on the internet, is found, matched with, recommended and made immediately visible to Bx3 users.
The Company is not responsible for the content of the Service’s users(ie. a user’s profile). You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.
You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
- Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.
- Spam, machine – or randomly – generated, constituting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.

- Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
- Violating the privacy of any third person.
- False information and features.
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. Content Backups
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.
Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.
The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Website. You understand that through your use of the Website you consent to the collection and use of this information, in accordance with the Privacy Policy (See Separate Privacy Policy Document).

None of your content will be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Psych Company, and the Psych Company will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any content you provide.

(c) nothing in this Disclaimer grants you any rights in the mobile app or other than as required to enable you access to the mobile app.
Intellectual Property Infringement

Bx3 functionality focuses only on the way that applicable existing content, which is already openly available to the public on the internet, is found, matched with, recommended and made immediately visible to Bx3 users, it is our intent to respect the inquiries of all.
It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
If You are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, You must submit Your notice in writing to the attention of our copyright agent via email ([legal@psychcompany.com]) and include in Your notice a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing Your copyright.
You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
