Sometimes we aren’t sure what to do or how to improve our circumstances and relationships and that’s where Leslie can help.
Leslie brings to her practice a modeled experience that takes into consideration the demands of a fast-changing, interconnected world – adaptability being one of the key traits she likes to work on with her clients.
“Trust is the first element required to be able to do meaningful work together. My role is not to judge you. My belief is we all will face challenges, it’s part of the human experience. By removing judgments of ‘good’ or ‘bad’, ‘right’ and ‘wrong’, we can get to ‘what is.’ By reframing our situations and circumstances we can recognize patterns or ways of being that might not be working for you. This takes a re-orientation not just in the way we look at things, but in our vocabularies about how we feel and think. We can get curious about how to shift perspectives to be able to allow for something new to be discovered. My goal is to help you find healthy and happier ways of being in the world. Gaining awareness is the key to change and seeing what’s not working is the first step to making positive changes in your life. One of our intentions will be to work on and help you process your relationships with others.”
