I help guide clients down their own intuitive path of emotional healing. I do this by helping people re-connect to their authentic selves and inner knowing. My many walks of life and my own healing journey have hugely contributed to my work as an empathetic and relatable therapist. With an intuitive and genuine ability to connect with others, I love my work. My passion is in helping clients identify, heal and transform patterns of thinking and behaving that no longer serve them. I want all clients to understand they possess the inner wisdom required to create meaningful change for themselves.
There are a wide variety issues and concerns that I work with, including stress management, relationships, depression, anxiety, feeling lost, anger, body image, borderline personality disorder, break-ups, burnout/ stress, childhood abuse, codependence, grief/ loss, Ocd, Ptsd, self-esteem, self-harm, sexual abuse, trauma, parental wounds & spiritual crisis. Some of the approaches & modalities used in my work are: Cognitive behavioral therapy, meeting the inner child, mindfulness & meditation, transactional analysis, sub-personality work, body psychotherapy & somatic inquiry, Gottman method, chakra work & emotional cording, gestalt therapy & psychodrama, internal family systems, psychospiritual.
I work with people from all walks of life. Aligned with my life’s calling, I feel honored to work as a member of the healing community and I welcome the opportunity to connect with all clients in a meaningful way.
