Paige Bastow is a Registered Psychotherapist in the province of Ontario. She graduated from Western University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Paige has worked in various settings providing psychotherapy services to children, families, and adults.
Paige prides herself on creating a safe, open, and nurturing environment to support individuals. Paige has provided individual therapy for individuals presenting with various concerns including mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, bipolar), trauma, grief and loss, stress, relationship challenges, substance use and addictions, as well as individuals exploring identity, personal growth, wellness, goals, and their purpose in life. Paige has and continues to utilize techniques from various theoretical approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Behavioural Activation, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. What’s great about Paige’s combination of therapy frameworks(for example, ACT) is that these have afforded her the ability to help many clients through and with a coaching lens and approach.
