“My approach is collaborative and my perspective is client-centered. While my primary therapeutic modality is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I can integrate other models, including Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Dual-Process Grief Therapy, Tasks of Mourning model, and energy work.
My style is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, and open. My sessions are safe, collaborative, active, and often even fun! I will coach you to transform suffering into vitality and transition toward values-based, fulfilling, meaningful living regardless of what obstacles life throws your way. I bring to our relationship decades of lived experience, and an innate sense of curiosity and empathy.”
